IMPORTANT: In order to maintain the confidentiality of our Clients, you will have been given a password in order to access images from your event. Your event organiser will be able to give you the password, or, alternatively, call or e-mail us.

We do not release or make available any information relating to our customers to any third party, other than to statutory authorities and only when we are legally obliged to do so.

We adhere strictly to Guidelines issued by the Rugby Football Union and other Sporting Authorities regarding the posting of images on our website. Any event involving minors will be password protected and you may be required to obtain the password from your Club or Society.

Please note that passwords to such events will not be given over the phone.

Where it has been authorised by the event organisers, you should e-mail us - giving your name, your address and postcode, a daytime telephone number (NOT a mobile number) the name of the event, your club or society.

Any e-mail request for a password which omits any of the above will not be processed.
